Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Please email us at support@kspspareparts.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and the return shipping address.
- Package Your Item: Carefully package your item in its original packaging (if possible) to ensure it arrives in good condition. Securely attach the return authorization number to the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Refunds
- The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will also refund the cost of return shipping. Please provide proof of shipping costs (e.g., receipt or tracking number) for verification.
Exclusions
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible for returns.
